G001 - The first real visit to the gym. Real means I actually did worked out. My personal trainer called right after I arrived at my aunty's house after the registration yesterday. It was fast. Didn't expect him to call so fast, he didn't know that I just registered. Well, it's probably good that we arranged a training session early.

Appointment was at 6pm. I arrived around 5.30pm. Stayed in the changing room for a while. Went out at 5.55pm. Told the receptionist to get my trainer for me. Waited for him for a while. We started with him asking me about my fitness level and such. I had to fill up a form and I felt like it was a tuition session or something as he was helping me filling up the answers.

Then, it was a 6 minutes warm up at the threadmill. If I'm not mistaken he set it to 5km. The last minute, he increased the gradient a little bit, felt like I was walking up the hills. Then, we went to the weights. I'm not familiar with the machines' names yet. The first one was suppose to focus on the chest but I felt more on my arms. The second machine was for the glutes I guess (I felt it on the lower part of my legs) and the third one was for the thighs. The 4th machine wasn't that interesting, I couldn't feel it, I guess coz I didn't do it properly, it focuses on the hand muscles I think. The last equipment was the one that I had to lie down and pull the thing up, it's for the tummy, a bit tough tho as I had to put my legs hanging at 90 degrees angle. Adoii...

The final thing he asked me to do was to use the machine that looks like a stepper machine but I don't think so it is, can't remember what it's called. It works just like you're walking but with two things to step on. (Gosh, I've got to find out the names of these machines. I know they could easily be found on the net, but I'm just too lazy to do so). He asked me to do it for 15 minutes and while on it, he had to go for another session of his.

I sat at the couch in front of the main studio to watch a body combat class which was on. The class was cool! My trainer saw me sitting while he walked passed me and asked me to follow him to get my BMI and Bodyfat calculated. I found out that I'm obese. I know that I'm overweight, didn't even expect that I reached the obese level. I thought I had to shed off 15kgs but now it's 20kgs. I under rate my weight by about 5kgs, it's probably because of the spoilt weighing machine that I'm having in my bedroom.

He probably noticed that I was shocked. My expression always shows how I'm feeling or thinking at that moment. I then went to the changing room to get my stuff in the locker and went home.
