29112006 - Yesss!!!! I finally went to the gym after about three weeks of the absence of fat burning sessions. Went to Wisma C around 7.30 pm. 10 mins of treadmill, 50 kcal of cross training and a few minutes of stepper. Did some stretching and weight lifting as well. Wanted to go back for cardio training but was too lazy/tired.
