29122006 - Finally to the gym after a 3-day break. Metabolism's running low. Wanted to try the double treadmill N suggested but cheated halfway. Then did some stretching and weights.

25122006 - Wanted to go to Wisma C., but the normal entrance was locked, was too lazy to look for the other entrance, decided to go to workout at the C and do some shopping later. It was just the treadmill and stretching. Was too tired and ditched the shopping.

24122006 - Went to Wisma C. as it's closer to home. About 10 minutes of treadmill, cross training and a lil weight training.

12122006 - Tried the 10mins treadmill thingy N. suggested. It's 1min @ 4km/h, 1 min 5 km/h, 1 min 6 km/h, 1 min 7 km/h, 2 minutes 8 km/h and backwards which is; 1 min 7 km/h and so on. It's a high intensity training which is suppose to be good as the fat burning works the whole day not just during the workout. Then, did some stretching and weight lifting. Felt that that wasn't enough, went for 15mins of cross training, 10 minutes of stepper and a lil more running on the treadmill.

Stayed in the steam room for two steams and a while at the sauna.

Felt feverish after the shower.

08122006 - This would be the day I burnt the most calories to date. I could say that I burnt at least 600 kcal. Started with 100 kcal at the treadmill, 120 at the cross trainer, another 100 at the wave machine (used it wrongly, so not sure if it counts), 100 at the stepper and about 120 using the cycling machine.

Did some stretching and weight lifting after the treadmill.

Can't recall if I did went to the sauna.. Hmm... I might have.

Spent almost 5 hours at the gym. Although the last 1 1/2 hour was just lounging at the sofa while watching the bodypump class.
