27012007 - Had breakfast which was bought while putting on gas. One chocolate bun and one sambal bilis bun in the car. Went to the gym at C. Shopping Centre. Arrived around 11.30 am. By the time I was ready to workout, it was already 12 pm. Ran to C. Complex next to it to see some friends who were participating in a B.Ball competition. After their first game, went back to the gym. Did 10 mins of the usual treadmill and another 15 mins of high intensity cross trainer. The heart rate meter was blinking reminding me of a very high heart rate about 2 - 4 mins. Stretched a lil' bit and some sit ups.

Went back to C. Complex as no one replied my text message to confirm their next game. Went back to the gym for a shower and dried my hair with both the cool and warm air. Put my gym bag in the car and back to C. Complex. Had lunch a Great 1901 with L. We came back just on time for the friends' next game. They won the second game.

Went to P.H. fast food restaurant after their game. Twelve of us ordered 2 large and 2 regular pizzas. I had one slice of large and 1 1/2 slice of regular.

Supper was Laksa at Aunty's.

*Remember to also include food eaten in this blog, not just the major calorie burning activities done.
**It's rather obvious that today, the calorie burnt is less than the calorie being added.
