28022007 - RPM with Cameron. One of the instructors' classes I enjoy attending. Talked to him about my bouncing while standing. He gave a few tips. Pretty useful and they worked. Thanks Cameron!

26022007 - Wanted to sleep in the steam room as I only managed to sleep for two hours last night. The bloody steam room was spoilt so had to go for sauna. Went in and out twice. Thought of going for RPM or maybe Body Balance but my thighs were very tired - PMS related. Took a loooonnnnggg hot shower.
Felt like an idiot.
I had to wear my gym attire after the shower as I didn't bring any other clothes with me. Semi-dried my hair with my gym attire on. Macam org bodoh... I could sense people saying this in their head
Reminder: Put extra set of clothes in the car - jeans and t-shirt

16022007 - Went to the C shopping mall as I was scheduled to meet the girls at Italiannies. Went just for RPM. Missed BodyPump.
"So much for your workout!" S. said. Looking at the amount of food & the bottomless Iced Lemon Tea we had, I'm pretty sure that takes at least a week of RPM-ing at the gym. hahah :p
But the photo taking sessions and the running around did help burnt another few calories.
