15052007 - Only half of the running I should do. Arrrgghhh!! Metabolism's running really low. I thought I could increase the intensity by now. But I couldn't even finish up my normal routine. Help me!

BodyJam was okey. Yeah, just okey. I should go to Wisma C more often. Last class was so much fun. It's probably the instructors. Haiihh.. I dunno. It's prolly just me. Haven't been in a good mood these past few days.

Wrapped up with a steam bath. La la la.. best!

bestnyer. i tak penah lagi steam bath. perseorangan or with other people? serious i tak tahu how steam bath is like.

dulu i lari about 25-30 mins. lepas tu lagi 30mins + 25 mins cardio lain. i boleh buat stretching and lift weights. arrrgghh.. tapi sekarang ni, i boleh lari 10mins je.

hehe... kat situ tak bogel, semua berkemban dgn towel. tapi ada gak hari tu ada minah Taiwan tu bogel. bilik utk steam tu boleh muat beberapa orang, tapi kekadang sorang2 mengamati steam. lagi best sorang lah. heheh..

dah beberapa hari ponteng gym lagi ni. konon je cuti. tapi tak pegi gym. silap haribulan, 5minit je i tahan kat treadmill tu.
