23052007 - Wanted to go for RPM (cycling class) but by the time I got ready, it was already half an hour after the class started. Sob sob..

The cardio area was almost full. Could only find the stepper machine available and hopped on it right away. Fuiiihhh.. Berpeluh baik punya. Cuma 5minit. Then, a few minutes on the treadmill. hahhaha.. few minutes? hahahahahha.. but the intensity/speed was actually higher than my usual. yayy!! an achievement! tahniah!!

Did pilates by Narvir. It was great. My posture became perfect and I felt good after the class. But it didn't last long... I started slouching after 10 minutes. Muahahaha.. Tak guna betul.

After the class, waited for someone to actually get off the cross trainer. Been eyeing for it since I got there. Couldn't stand the newbies playing with the cross trainer. Tolonglah gi main benda lain, aku nak buang lemak ni. Finally, a man left and I ran towards the machine. Did about 10 minutes of cross training. Yayyy!!
