20070903 - Went for Yoga by Jean. Couldn't even do the basic posts. Was very stiff after more than a month break from the gym. :(

20070901 - Managed to drag myself to the gym at C Shopping Center. Ran on the treadmill for a bit. Had to rush for S's engagement lunch, but ended up not going. Haiihhhh
