I purposely stood near the water cooler to have a clear view of who was to come out from the door. It was the same lady. Went for Sue's BodyPump. &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Penat, tak larat nak tulis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Arrrhhh.. Just remembered! Gives me spirit to write now!&lt;br /&gt;Freaking parking was RM5 per entry after 5 and RM7 during office hours!! What the heck? I only paid RM4 to park for the whole day at the Sheraton Hotel. &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Gila&lt;/span&gt; Metro Parking &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;cekik darah org&lt;/span&gt;. Went on the stepper for 5minutes. Finished with another 5minutes of cross training. Couldn't continue, the leg muscles couldn't handle anymore exercise. Ran a bit. Finally went for BodyPump (Riyo &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;kot&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;after months. Had a brief shower, stayed in the steam room for quite some time, showered, chatted with another member in the sauna room and took my 3rd shower.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The lady signed up for personal training. She has been a member for just a month. ~RM2500 for 25 + 5 free one hour sessions. She said that she normally have one session for 2hours and sometimes she'd get another hour free. So, it's not really an hour session. I guess it depends on the trainer and prolly coz she's new. &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Lepas ni sure 30minit je. I pernah kena k. It started realllllyy slow. But the end was ok as it was a martial art Tai-Chi. The earlier parts were the traditional Tai-Chi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Continued with BodyJam by Farah. It wasn't that fun. &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Tak best. Tak tipu. &lt;/span&gt;She started slow, it's prolly good for beginners. Her moves were all ermm.. easy. I didn't sweat much. I could say that I did not sweat at all &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;lah!&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Pelik betul buat &lt;/span&gt;BodyJam &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;tak berpeluh sakan.&lt;/span&gt; She even admitted she didn't know the steps to some tracks and &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;paksa rela &lt;/span&gt;us to pick the track she knew. Sob sob..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The cardio area was almost full. Could only find the stepper machine available and hopped on it right away. Fuiiihhh.. &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Berpeluh baik punya. Cuma 5minit.&lt;/span&gt; Then, a few minutes on the treadmill. hahhaha.. few minutes? hahahahahha.. but the intensity/speed was actually higher than my usual. yayy!! an achievement! &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;tahniah!!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Did pilates by Narvir. It was great. My posture became perfect and I felt good after the class. But it didn't last long... I started slouching after 10 minutes. Muahahaha.. &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Tak guna betul.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After the class, waited for someone to actually get off the cross trainer. Been eyeing for it since I got there. Couldn't stand the newbies playing with the cross trainer. &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Tolonglah gi main benda lain, aku nak buang lemak ni.&lt;/span&gt; Finally, a man left and I ran towards the machine. Did about 10 minutes of cross training. Went to Wisma C. Started with yoga. There were only 4 of us, so the instructor had their eyes on all of us. Did the head stand and failed on my attempt on the hand stand (owl pose).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Accidentally went into the men's changing room after the class. Hoits, can't blame me. I &lt;strike&gt;probably&lt;/strike&gt; got dizzy after having my head upside down. hahaha..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Went straight for BodyJam after drinking some water. Instructor was Azie, she's fine but the class was boring (&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;kot&lt;/span&gt;).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I caught a &lt;strike&gt;dirty&lt;/strike&gt; woman staring at a naked foreigner (an instructor). She almost bumped into me. &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Gatal. Macam lah ko takde benda2 tu semua. &lt;/span&gt;Stare &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;sampai tak tengok orang lain. &lt;/span&gt;Thought of just &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;sounding&lt;/span&gt; her. &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Tapi tak berani ah. &lt;/span&gt;ahahahha&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I thought I saw a staff there looking like my old neighbour. A friend I used to play &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;masak-masak&lt;/span&gt; with when we were kids. When I handed over my parking ticket to him at the counter (second encounter), I could confirm it was him as he was wearing his name tag. But &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;tak dapat tegur&lt;/span&gt; as he was on the phone. Instructor was Clement and his class was awesome! He always reminds us to be "siow" just before he starts his classes. Many danced with real attitude unlike the b!tch yesterday. They knew how to stay put at their spots even though we moved a lot more than yesterday's class at Menara A.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ended the workout with about 10 minutes of treadmill.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The drink machine went "siow". Everything was out of order. I wanted to have a drink right after the class, only the iced lemon tea and 100 plus were left. Well, those were the only things I needed I thought as it's been my habit combining half glass of iced lemon tea with another half glass of 100plus. &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Sedaaaappp... &lt;/span&gt;Try &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;letak &lt;/span&gt;strawberry juice&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt; ganti &lt;/span&gt;lemon tea &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;pun sedaaaapppp.&lt;/span&gt;  I drank my mixture and found it tasted just like plain soda water. &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Cirit betulllll...&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Hangin aku!&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Dah habis tuh, tutup jer lah satu&lt;/span&gt; machine &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;tu. Bodyjam by Kylie and two rounds of steam.&lt;br /&gt;It's great that you dance with attitude and power during the BodyJam class. But errggghh.. there's this one woman, who definitely looked and dressed like a b!tch, danced like the whole studio was hers. We had our first break and when I came back to my spot, suddenly someone appeared right beside me. So I thought, fine &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;lah&lt;/span&gt;. She probably just arrived. While dancing, she managed to pushed me step by step to the back and finally to the other end of the studio. Resulting in a huge gap at her original spot I allowed her to be at. I banged into her at least three times. &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Bodoh ah&lt;/span&gt;. She seems drunk and danced &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;lagi over&lt;/span&gt; dari the instructor. Her moves were so huge and ugly. She tried to look overly sexy and whatever lah.. arrrgghhh... Selfish b!tch. There were people around you, it's not like everyone else was invisible. Ended the stay with 3 steam shots in the steam room and a hot shower.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Just found out the trainer from the &lt;a href="http://sportsandgym.blogspot.com/2007/03/22032007-yay-finally-spent-5-hours-at.html"&gt;last body jam&lt;/a&gt; was a master trainer just like Kylie. Her name's Riyo. No wonder her steps were so clear and easier to follow/understand. (Master Trainer is a trainer who teaches other trainers. They are seniors in both age and training experience.) &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Sangat bersemangat nak&lt;/span&gt; workout &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;lagi&lt;/span&gt;. Finally spent 5 hours at the gym. It's not good but yeah better than oversleeping heh. Started with Body Jam by a lady instructor which was so much fun compared to Tony's class. Prolly because I've a preview of the steps yesterday. The class was more lively, energetic and with more attitude. I could feel the positive vibes ya know. hehe&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Straight to RPM which was instructed by Herny. Fun and tiring at the same time. The flu and lack of constant exercise contributed to the out of breath and &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;pancit&lt;/span&gt; moments.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Had a dose of my favourite drink - iced lemon tea + 100 plus while looking at the event going on. It was actually a filming for the new reality show, The Firm which is the Malaysian version of The Apprentice. One of 'em was my schoolmate from SMK(P) Sri Aman. Met another amanian there, Tsu Lynn who is Tsu Ann's sister, she was working to promote the new Nike &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;konon hebat&lt;/span&gt; shoes. The shoe was like a gadget by itself with the ability to track your speed and such. The data is then put in a hardisk which could be downloaded and read using the iPod Nano.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Continued my workout by doing yoga. Instructor was Keat Hoe who replaced the normal lady instructor. Haha.. Mind you, in Malaysia, it's not a norm to expose your b00b13s even in the female changing room. There were two incidents today. The first one, she was just about to wear her bra. The second one, ermm.. I think she just got out from the shower. Seriously, never in my 6 months in the gym have I seen so much b00b13s exposed in a day at the gym.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There was once, this foreigner, she was fully naked around the changing room. It was a havoc as she did something bizarre in the steam room. She let the steam source run without stop (normally it stops after a while and runs again when the room gets less steamy) and stand naked at the steam source, holding it while standing facing the source. I thought she was trying to please herself sexually. hahaha.. I don't know. She was turned on by it, I guess.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The workout? Hmm.. Haven't gone to the gym for quite sometime. Metabolism rate was really low. So, did yoga with Sharmelee/Sharmanee (not sure). She repeated each moves so many times. Grrr.. I couldn't stand it. I got bored after a while with the repeatations. The instructors were Lyn and Herny. It was fun and I was literally bathing with my sweat. (Doesn't sound right, but u know what i mean kan? hahah) The intro by Lyn was 5 minutes or so. The class was 45 minutes. Didn't get anything for lucky draw - was never lucky anyway.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After the class, I went straight for Body Balance and people in the class were looking at me like I'm a ghost. (the sweat la) Body Balance was by Cynthia. Twas so relaxing...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Wanted to join the launch of Body Attack. But if I went, I could only go home at about 10.30pm. The bloody steam room was spoilt so had to go for sauna. Went in and out twice. Thought of going for RPM or maybe Body Balance but my thighs were very tired - PMS related. Took a loooonnnnggg hot shower.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Felt like an idiot.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I had to wear my gym attire after the shower as I didn't bring any other clothes with me. Semi-dried my hair with my gym attire on. &lt;em&gt;Macam org bodoh... &lt;/em&gt;I could sense people saying this in their head &lt;blockquote&gt;"What the hell is this woman doing? She's working out later, but she took a&lt;br /&gt;shower first and dried her hair. How dumb".&lt;/blockquote&gt;That wasn't so bad as I was still in the changing room. Went out looking so stupid with my exercise attire and wet hair. Complex next to it to see some friends who were participating in a B.Ball competition. After their first game, went back to the gym. Did 10 mins of the usual treadmill and another 15 mins of high intensity cross trainer. The heart rate meter was blinking reminding me of a very high heart rate about 2 - 4 mins. Stretched a lil' bit and some sit ups.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Went back to C. Complex as no one replied my text message to confirm their next game. Went back to the gym for a shower and dried my hair with both the cool and warm air. Put my gym bag in the car and back to C. Complex. Had lunch a Great 1901 with L. We came back just on time for the friends' next game. They won the second game.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Went to P.H. fast food restaurant after their game. Twelve of us ordered 2 large and 2 regular pizzas. It's 1min @ 4km/h, 1 min 5 km/h, 1 min 6 km/h, 1 min 7 km/h, 2 minutes 8 km/h and backwards which is; 1 min 7 km/h and so on. It's a high intensity training which is suppose to be good as the fat burning works the whole day not just during the workout. Then, did some stretching and weight lifting. I could say that I burnt at least 600 kcal. Started with 100 kcal at the treadmill, 120 at the cross trainer, another 100 at the wave machine (used it wrongly, so not sure if it counts), 100 at the stepper and about 120 using the cycling machine.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Did some stretching and weight lifting after the treadmill.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Can't recall if I did went to the sauna.. Hmm... I might have.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Spent almost 5 hours at the gym. Started with a warming up routine lead by the "personal trainer". We took a new jogging route. Well, it was actually at our normal place, but this time around we went anti-clockwise and the path was slightly longer. The nasi lemak-sotong was awesome!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Had late lunch at M's Fast Food Restaurant (u guys should know what M stands for. heheh..). Had lots of fries, the beef foldover and brought back double-cheese-burger for dinner.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*The calories gained were much more than what was shed. Sigh. Started with 10 minutes of treadmill, 15 mins of cross trainer and some more treadmill. Body balance at 6.45 pm till 7.45 pm. It was fun, relaxing and calm.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The ladies were talking about someone who died when he was working out on the treadmill. He died on the spot.. on the treadmill. I wonder which treadmill it was. The incident happened last Sunday if I'm not mistaken. A lady who witnessed the incident was there and she was talking about her uneasiness after the incident. They were also complaining about the bad customer service the gym was giving and how dirty the changing room was. &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;I've noticed that much earlier tho. &lt;/span&gt;One gym was being praised - the T.F. Gotta find out more about the gym. Heard that they have more classes and the fee is lower.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A lady in the body balance class was acting like a bitch. Yayyy!! I left Jojo's (my mum's stall - I named it so) at about  5.45pm. Reached the gym slightly after 6pm as the highway was heavy with traffic. Started to work out at 6.30pm. 5mins threadmill, 10mins cross trainer and the stepper. Stopped for two cups of ice lemon tea at 7.05pm to break my fast. Continued some stretching and weights. Finally, my favourite which were the sauna and steam room. The changing room was huge and nice!! But the workout area looked small and compact. Went in at almost 5pm and went out after shower at 6.25pm.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Started with a few minutes of threadmill (hahahha!!) and cross trainer. Did some stretching at the stretching station. Lifted some weights. Few minutes (hahhaha again!) of stepper and threadmill.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Had to cut everything short as I was fasting and C had arrived at the mall for our dinner date. Went in the steam room for a short while, the sauna and back to the steam room. Showered and dried my hair.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lalala.. Couldnt workout much longer as I'm fasting and it was already 6pm. Thought of going for about 10mins of sauna, but received a call from C. He was supposed to pick me up. So, I cancelled sauna as I had not taken my shower yet and he said that he was on his way (didn't want to test his temper again by keeping him waiting).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;He called while I was in the shower. He went up to the gym and made an announcement and it sounded something like this.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;".(*apa ntah*) a member by the name of Miss It's Me. Please proceed to the front counter. Thank you."&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kentut kau. Ingat aku giler glamer ke?? Ouch.. Real means I actually did worked out. My personal trainer called right after I arrived at my aunty's house after the registration yesterday. It was fast. Didn't expect him to call so fast, he didn't know that I just registered. Well, it's probably good that we arranged a training session early.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Appointment was at 6pm. I arrived around 5.30pm. Stayed in the changing room for a while. Went out at 5.55pm. Told the receptionist to get my trainer for me. Waited for him for a while. We started with him asking me about my fitness level and such. I had to fill up a form and I felt like it was a tuition session or something as he was helping me filling up the answers.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then, it was a 6 minutes warm up at the threadmill. If I'm not mistaken he set it to 5km. The last minute, he increased the gradient a little bit, felt like I was walking up the hills. Then, we went to the weights. I'm not familiar with the machines' names yet. The first one was  suppose to focus on the chest but I felt more on my arms. The second machine was for the glutes I guess (I felt it on the lower part of my legs) and the third one was for the thighs. The 4th machine wasn't that interesting, I couldn't feel it, I guess coz I didn't do it properly, it focuses on the hand muscles I think. The last equipment was the one that I had to lie down and pull the thing up, it's for the tummy, a bit tough tho as I had to put my legs hanging at 90 degrees angle. Adoii...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The final thing he asked me to do was to use the machine that looks like a stepper machine but I don't think so it is, can't remember what it's called. It works just like you're walking but with two things to step on. (Gosh, I've got to find out the names of these machines. I know they could easily be found on the net, but I'm just too lazy to do so). He asked me to do it for 15 minutes and while on it, he had to go for another session of his.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I sat at the couch in front of the main studio to watch a body combat class which was on. The class was cool! My trainer saw me sitting while he walked passed me and asked me to follow him to get my BMI and Bodyfat calculated. I found out that I'm obese. I know that I'm overweight, didn't even expect that I reached the obese level. I thought I had to shed off 15kgs but now it's 20kgs. I under rate my weight by about 5kgs, it's probably because of the spoilt weighing machine that I'm having in my bedroom.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;He probably noticed that I was shocked. My expression always shows how I'm feeling or thinking at that moment. I went just to confirm and register. Paid for the admin fees, August prorate which starts from the 28th itself and the 12th month (August 2007) fees.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Was given a starter pack which consisted of a Superman backpack, water bottle, face towel and a headset. Before I forget, I've to claim another face towel that comes with the RM25 coupon. Was also assigned a personal trainer. The membership card was given on the spot, they took my picture right away using a webcam.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I was excited than ever to come back. Met a consultant there. Obviously what he did was to persuade both my friend "I" and myself to join for a full membership. (We bought an RM25 thingy that was actually for a one-month home membership from this advertising company that came to the campus).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Well, and so, I have been thinking of joining gyms for many many years.. It's just that I didn't think I could afford the monthly commitment (money la, what else!!).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This promo came at the right time, I just got some extra cash from my parents and so, what else, I decided to join the Lifestyle Passport Program. The promotion is that I pay a only certain amount as the administration fee, the fee for the last month which is supposed to be the 12th month (which would be August 2007 as I start in the month of September) and the prorate for August. I only need to start to pay the normal fee in October 2006 as I'm using the RM25 coupon I have for September. Oh did I forget to mention something? I'm also getting my 13th month free!! hehehe.. so it's like I'm paying for 11 months, but I have 13 months.
