The Gym Log

28012007 - The family went to K.K. to send the lil' bro back to school. Woke up around 12.50 pm. Took a brief shower. Went straight to the gym. Started with Body Pump. Saw my English classmate, E. Then, continued with Body Jam with E beside me. 3 rounds of steams in the steam room (surprised to see E in the steam room again) and stayed a while in the sauna. Had a long warm shower. Dried my hair with the cool air.
