25032007 - Woooottt!!! Started with about 20 minutes of treadmill. Followed by body jam by Kenny. Twas fun and lively! Then, about 10 minutes of cross trainer. Stretched a lil. 63 sit ups. Some weight training. Ended the stay with 3 steam shots in the steam room and a hot shower.

Just found out the trainer from the last body jam was a master trainer just like Kylie. Her name's Riyo. No wonder her steps were so clear and easier to follow/understand. (Master Trainer is a trainer who teaches other trainers. They are seniors in both age and training experience.) Sangat bersemangat nak workout lagi. I'll try to catch all their classes from now onwards. Muakakakka

body jam ni cemana ye? class eh? i tak rajin gi kelas. kat gym i ada beberapa kelas available like steps class, aerobic class, bodymax class, yoga, combat aerobic ngan apa tah tak ingat. something like bicyling ke apa tah.

dulu i rajin gak pegi classes ni but now dah malas. i prefer work out kat gym then joining the classes. if i join the class, i'll be like eeee bila nak abis ni.. asyik asyik tengok jam. hehehe. oh all the classes will take like 50mins to an hour.

i hav problems with my lower body, thighs and hips. kira i ni pear shape lah. any suggestion for the work out yang sesuai untuk i?

i takut if i lari banyak banyak my boobs will go. boobs i sedang sedang aje. tamaula kecik. hohoho

yeah. bodyjam tu class. alaaa.. macam class menari je. tapi berpeluh sakan. kalau buat keras-keras macam aerobic nanti dia marah. dia nak "attitude". best lah sebab dia pasang lagu2 yg best. sekarang ni kalau dia je lagu yg guna masa bodyjam kat radio, mesti rasa nak menari. hahah

classes pun 50mins to an hour. tapi tak rasa bosan pun sebab menarik. cuma bila cycling class je ah i suka tgk jam, sebab sgt penat. :p

thighs semua tu, dinasihatkan gi cycling byk2. hhehehe.. i bukannya reti sgt, try lah bercakap dgn personal trainers kat gym u. takpun u try google.
